The worsening situation in Ukraine is continuing to cast a shadow over Europe. Many in our industry have been closely working with Ukrainian colleagues for years and are in touch with companies in Ukraine who are doing their best to help their employees in this challenging period. Industry colleagues in Poland and elsewhere are also doing their utmost to help refugees fleeing Ukraine.

EBI has decided to launch a fundraising campaign under the theme of European Boating Industry for Ukraine to stand by the side of Ukraine in this difficult time. IFBSO strongly welcomes and support this initiative and we commend it to our members and industry peers. To facilitate the initiative, EBI are working together with the German charity Action Medeor e.V. which specialises in the delivery of emergency medical supplies to war and crisis areas. The fundraiser welcomes donations from companies and private individuals. Action Medeor is certified and issues donation receipts (under German law). Details of the fundraising page can be found here.
